Reliable & Professional!! I brought a pair of designer heels here yesterday. The heels needed replacing and there was a scuff along the length of one heel. The were fixed and looking like new in less that 24hrs. Very happy with the price & quality of workmanship... definitely recommend!!

Had my shoes re-heeled here and was pleasantly surprised by the fast turn-around time and reasonable price. The location is convenient for me as it's near my work and right across from the subway station. Would definitely come back again.

I needed the heel rubber replaced on my boots and he did a great job and was able to get it done the same day. The cost is a 'lil pricey compared to other places but he spruced up my boots too without being asked. Lovely guy!
