The repair service is incredible and amazing!! I did not bring enough money so I could only pay for the glue. However, when I got my shoes back, they were shining like a new pair! The owner was so nice that he even cleaned my shoes without charging me. Highly recommend!

Kevin runs a great shop. The first time I came by with my wife's Blundstonesnotoriously hard to repair due to the foam inside the sole. The heel had worn through he did a through check to see whether he could still attach a heel on. After he checked, he offered me three! different heel plates we could use for the repair. I needed to see if my wife liked the choices of heel plate, so I said I'd hold off on the service but I looked around his shop. Kevin was extremely welcoming, patient and positive. The next day I brought in my wife's Blundstones and he had them done within the hour. He added a new Vibram heel plate and cleaned + polished the boots. Some of the other shoe stores in downtown aren't so nice. When I went into a nearby store and asked for a quote, they didn't really look at the boot and spat out a number for the price. Then when I told them I needed to talk to my wife, they snorted at me. There are stores that treat you like trash the moment they realize they're not landing a sale on the spot. This is NOT one of those places. I'm so happy with Kevin's work. PS: Kevin carries a ton of high end shoe products. This is your one stop shop if you want Vibram, Pedag or Saphir. Most other shops do NOT carry Saphir!

I needed my black work shoes dyed to navy blue and the results met my expectations. Bringing all my shoes to Kevin from now on!

Fantastic. I was gonna buy a new pair of winter boots. The owner did such a good job. My Uggs ADIRONDACKS look brand new and he fixed the torn ankle part so well it's comfortable again. Im not gonna a new shoe anymore. Price is fair for the quality of work!

This shoe repair shop is superb. Timely service, good attitude, great attention to detail. It's also conveniently located next to the subway! My shoe came apart and not only did he fix the main tear but also took the liberty of glueing the other parts that were coming loose. He even shined them after fixing them. He also stretched my friends boots and made sure they fit right before sending her home. You won't regret taking your repairs to this shop - highly recommend!

Best shoe repair & Hand Bags I've ever seen. He made my shoes shine like new! By the time he's done working on your things, they will be even better quality than when they were brand new! I've routinely visited this shop and I've seen so many amazing results. Beforehand the shoes look terrible and afterwards they look new, or better than new! One time I saw some very expensive shoes which had just been repaired. They must've been worth around $2100, they were made by "Tom Ford". They looked absolutely awesome. So shiny too! The fact that customers repeatedly entrust these sorts of shoes to Kevin speaks volumes. Kevin is the best. He really takes the time and care to treat the shoes right and satisfy the customer. I've also seen Kevin help people repair their bags, zippers, straps/chains/clasps on the handbag, etc... Always with the best results. I've seen some very expensive bags Louis Vuitton, Hermes, etc, even very old models, shining like new. I highly recommend this shop for all your shoe repair or any shoe needs, hand bag repair etc and he even has a whole lot of products to help you take special care of your shoes, bags, etc... The prices are beyond reasonable. I was surprised... For the quality of work, you really can't go wrong bringing your business here. Also note that it's best and store policy to pay for the services when dropping off. Then when you pick up, it's faster and more convenient. Kevin will explain what he did to make the shoes or hand bag better than ever.

I went there the other day for the first time and the owner is great. He’s so nice and did a great job on my shoes. He also has a good variety of shoe care products. I will definitely go there again.

Kevin was super sweet and had great customer service skills. He helped with my zipper right away and the price was super affordable! I would defiantly come back to repair my stuff!!
