I met Holly for the first time when she gave us a consultation regarding the listing of my Mom’s property. From our first meeting to the sale and final closure of Mom’s estate I was extremely impressed with Holly’s honesty and organizational skills. My husband and I were down sizing from our home of 44 years when we stumbled on a condo that interested us. We contacted the realtor , Holly Bennett,  to have a viewing.  The residence was a but the realtor was a   . We asked Holly if she would help us find our “forever place” and she not only did this but kept us posted on what step we were at for purchasing, what our responsibilities were and what we should be doing on our check list. She was invaluable to us …we can not say more than that…patient, kind, explaining all that was happening to a couple of old “ newbies” …most grateful for her knowledge of the real estate jungle. There are not enough stars! Holly truly went above and beyond to help me purchase a property - she toured houses, took video, helped with condo board approval for my dog, arranged the inspection, had the condo docs reviewed, liaised with my mortgage company, and even picked up the keys/did the final walk-through for me when I couldn't attend. I've bought and sold 6 houses before, and never had this level of service. Rockstar!!!
