I had a interaction with a broker from this Remax office. I phoned the broker Dave Eger to discuss. Dave did receive my phone call but did not seem to think that there was anything wrong with the agent's behaviour. He did agree to reach out to the agent to ask for an apology in response to my request. Agents vary in quality and integrity but Harman Rai took an opportunistic stance to what he may of thought was a person in a vulnerable situation. Fortunately I am not in a vulnerable situation and I have knowledge of property assessments. However in addition to wasting my time with a low ball offer his approach to me was dishonest (he showed me an inaccurate property assessment from the city, used a 1,300 sq ft house to come to my 2,072 ft sq house) and then even low balled that sale price! He told me my house was unlivealbe as part of his argument. This is absolutely untrue but the way he insisted on it was again and again not allowing me  to talk it was a dreadful experience. 
This agency it seems  condones agents browsing rental ads and soliciting people saying that they have a clients (in this case it turns out the client is related (suspicious?) that are interested in a property and then bullying people into selling for a low price with incomplete and inaccurate information. I believe this is behaviour that is dishonest and lacks integrity. 
So from this phone call it would seem that this agency condones Real Estate agents browsing Estate Sale ads to make low ball offers to individuals in vulnerable circumstances using inaccurate information and forceful tactics. I suspect preying preferably on the elderly and bereaved. Dave Eger from my short conversation with him seems to align with this being acceptable behaviour and he oversees many agents. A questionable ethical core to this agency.
