As another reviewer stated, we purchased plane tickets and clearly told them we wanted economy plus seats, we confirmed and agreed on a price, and bought the tickets. On a much later date, we checked the itinerary and noticed that they were economy seats. They were not what we asked for and not what we agreed to pay for. We called Timex Travel and they us that we had been mistaken despite us having spoken to them in person and following through with payment, etc.

Booked flight+hotel package for Toronto to Iceland. E-mail confirmation from TimexTravel clearly indicates economy comfort class with dinner. Upon check-in, airline state my tickets are economy 1 check bag only vs 2. Major issue when you packed two bags! Called TimexTravel while at the airport and they state my tickets are indeed economy. Request written explanation of the mistake they made. TimexTravel state the e-mail with the invoice and the incorrect info was generated by the computer system. In the end, they called to apologized. But for two people, it was $50 US each way for each extra luggage. That is $100 US per person, the flight and hotel package was only $650 US. All of a sudden, my trip cost 15% more!
