Tim Hortons

I get your busy sometimes, but come on, my sandwich that I paid good money for shouldn't be just bread. No lettuce, thin pieces of tomato. I would rather wait a few extra minutes then getting a rushed sandwich with nothing on it. My drink also was made wrong. Sorry but this has been my third bad experience with this store since it re opened

A middle aged employee in training made my drink incorrectly, understandable training can be hard. When my boyfriend and I tried very respectfully to ask her to re make it without biscoff crumbs due to me having celiac disease even explaining to her that it's an intense allergy to gluten. She was very aggressive and made snarky comments about us under her breath. However the employe Lilly is incredibly nice and understanding so that gives this location a plus side. In summary I think the employees may benefit from a better training policy from management or pay raises due to the rising economy.

I would have to say i had the best experience here! i’m hoping this is the right name of the young lady but Lilly was incredibly helpful in walking me through the Tim Hortons app and made the whole process easy and stress free. She always has such a positive and friendly attitude toward me and every other customer, which really stands out. The drinks and food were delivered perfectly the first time by all the exceptionally hard workers there!

Since the reno the donut selection has been further reduced from poor to pathetic.nService has been slowed due to the revised work flow, waited over 5 minutes for a medium coffee, finally just left as I had places to be.

It's a convenient little Tim Hortons! Good, fast service.
