Kelseys Original Roadhouse

I went to Kelsey’s with my family to celebrate my graduation. The general manager Bobby was so nice to all of us and ensured we got a table at a timely manner. The food tasted amazing we barely had any leftovers! I also ordered an ocean breeze pina colada! It was sooo good! 100% would recommend to everyone to grab a bite here!

She was warm, friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. She suggested options that we didn't even know were available, despite being regular customers, and her recommendations were fantastic.nnWhat amazed us most was learning at the end of our meal that Carol was the only server working the entire restaurant. We honestly had no idea because she handled everything so efficiently and professionally. Every table seemed well taken care of, our food and drinks arrived promptly, and she maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire experience.nnIt's rare to find someone who can make a busy restaurant feel so welcoming and effortless, but Carol did exactly that. Her work ethic, customer service, and genuine kindness truly stood out.nnThank you, Carol, for going above and beyond. You made our evening special, and you are a huge asset to the Tillsonburg Kelseys team. 10/10 experience..we can't wait to come back!

Stopped by for dinner and had a great experience. Julez was our server and did an awesome job—super friendly, attentive, and always checked in at the right time to make sure we had everything we needed. The service felt genuine and made the whole meal even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be coming back!

Fantastic location. I went for lunch in a slower day, but the staff and food were amazing. Everything you would expect from a Kelsey’s Roadhouse.
