Tim Hortons

Got the steak fahita and asked for it to be split in half. One half hardly had anything in it. The young teenager at register seemed like he was very new. A woman was asking for a bag for an ice cream cake and he was totally clueless why and what she meant. Finally another gal came and yanked one out for her. We have gone many times mid afternoon when there's hardly any variety of donuts left.

If I could give this any less of a star I would. They never get orders right, orders are always inconsistent. A latte shouldn't vary that much. I ordered a plain iced coffee the other day and they gave me a hot beverage, so I told them I wanted an iced coffee. The person working seemed to not care, and then gave me a cup filled with ice, a whole bunch of milk, and barely any coffee. I didn't want to complain further so I just took it and drove away. It's a bummer because I love Tim hortons, but this one sucks.

Let me start by saying I love Tim Horton's.... But the Greenville, MI location truly needs to be nuked....Kill it...kill it with fire. They are supposed to have oatmeal till noon daily.... But they don't. They don't bother starting a new batch when the current batch gets low. If it runs out by 9 am, they don't care. If you do get lucky enough to get it, you might get a half serving, or it will be watered down to where you can drink it. Yes, I actually have video of this. It's hilarious, but not. I wish I could say this is an isolated incident, but I've been trying to give this Horton's chance after chance for a year and a half... It never gets better. They have accidentally charged for things that I didn't order, they have given me the wrong order, they are routinely out of items that one would ordinarily expect them to have....and the best part....if you ask the staff to correct the issue they get a little snotty. This Horton's could seriously use a visit from corporate because they give the company a bad name. I've been to most of the Horton's locations In West Michigan and any location other than this one is wonderful.

The Dunkin Donuts of the North is finally making it South of the Canadian border. This place is awesome. Great coffee, donuts, and sandwiches. Clean, modern restroom and courteous staff. This particular location even has a Coldstone attached for ice cream lovers.

Most of the time very fresh except Sunday morning my doughnuts were cold right out of the refrigerator / freezer
