McDonald's

Despite some of the worker's best effort, it always takes a long time to order, receive food, and whether it will be what and how you ordered it is questionable. Have had several issues with the managers talking poorly to staff and being openly harsh to other staff members. It's a frustrating stop that I wouldn't recommend!!!

The food isn't the same with exception of the mc chicken sandwich. Batter is different on chicken nuggets. Chocolate shakes come out looking like vanilla. When are they going to fix the shake machine? Managers don't wear hairnets or hats. Fry station & beverage stations need to wear gloves. Not just the sandwich makers.

Wow, not a good experience at all. Our food took a half hour and we never did get our fries. I even checked three times over the next 15 to 20 minutes we never got them. Several attempts by me and other customers inside to get food and fries we still never received the fries. They ignored the people inside and only worked on the drive thru. We had to leave because our daughter was in the hospital and we had to get back to her. We couldn't even get a refund because of how many people were trying to get something.

Had to pull forward for coffee at 9am in the morning, along with 4 other people. Then they bring me out the wrong drink. I waited at least 10min for coffee. Idk if it was broken or incompetent employees. If it was equipment, it is pretty sad that McDonalds equipment always seems to be in disrepair. If it isn't the shake machine it's the coffee and if it's not that it's just the softserve machine. It's MCDONALD'S, hello!!??!! It's not like they're hurting for business. Keep your machines working!

Our order was not good at all. Burgers were dry and a smidgen of sauce on the Big Mac. The special sauce is what makes the Big Mac right? And the fries were cold.
