McDonald's

I sat in the drive though like for about 30 minutes. I got chicken nuggets, fries, and honey mustard. I DID NOT get my sause, the fries are NOT good (also cold), and was not impressed with how long I had to wait for my food.

Food good. Double quarter with cheese wanted Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel. No luck they stop serving the after breakfast! Why do they advertise you can get breakfast all day and then not follow through on the full menu? Service was very slow on the breakfast items also. People were pleasant to deal with.

It's fast, it's cheap & tastes good for the price. Only real issue I've had a few times now is you can tell they don't like using the coupons/McCafe rewards that are only available through the app now. That's corporates fault, not the staff, I get that & they are probably still learning, but it's frustrating when you can tell they don't like using them, they can't seem to answer questions about the coupons, or your orders get messed up because it doesn't work the way it's supposed to. Then the way the system is set up, they can't fix the order or undo using the coupon. Seems like more training is needed or they need to go back to paper coupons. Other than that, I haven't had any real bad experiences at this location besides the occasional small mess up.

For what it is McDonald's was McDonald's course I visit close to 10 where everything was slow down that place was done to get cleaned up after rush employees look tired and not happy and cheerful but other than that wonderful experience

Although it is one of the only food choices in Belding, it's not bad. The staff is super kind and the inside is always super clean and well kept.
