I work very close to this location therefore I go here pretty often. I would say about 50% of the time they get my order wrong. Teach your employees to be more careful and not worry so much about being fast. Really frustrating getting to work every day with the wrong thing and not being able to go back.

Food is alright, the staff is nice, but sometimes the food can get a little over-done, or poorly made. Had them mix up my order once too. Other than that, my dad and i still like the place

they rush you at the speaker cutting you off asking “will there be anything else” before you can even finish your order and add your ingredients(like NO ill tell you when my order is finish!), They never tell you your total at the speaker unless you demand it you feel rushed every single time then they get huffy and roll their eyes because you have to dig through change at the window they dont give you enough time to put your wallet away before they hold your drink out the window, they do a mighty fine job of making you feel unwelcome. they dont have the same things the other tim hortons does on 4th st so you have to go to both places now. and it’s not just SOME people it’s all of them including the manager. if you dont like working with the public get a new job!
