4 out of 5 times I go there they get my order wrong. It's not a particularly difficult order 2 double double and 2 double stacked English muffins. Either the staff isn't trained properly or there is zero quality control cause even with the lady reading my order back to me they forget the bacon and or the sausage on my sandwiches. Normally I wouldn't say anything but after talking with the manager several times in the past I've decided to leave a review as a customer that will not be returning to this location.
I've usually received good service at Tim Hortons, but the last two times I've asked that the English muffins for my breakfast sandwiches be double-toasted the bread barely gets warm otherwise and under toasted English muffins are gross and they didn't. Again. I'm glad they moved to freshly cooked egg at least.
Friendly staff at the drive-through window. Double checking my order is a comfort for alternative milk or creamer solutions, much appreciated.
Food is good. But I did not like that they do not change the gloves when they make food. I am a vegetarian and the cook did not change her gloves which she wore while making a bacon order.
Was visiting from Chicago and literally stopped here every day, if not twice a day.nnWe had the Iced coffee, Ice Caps, and Iced Lattes. The donuts are super fresh. My favorite is the honey curller. Also tried one of their new peperoni pizzas and it was very good.nnBasically, Tim's will not disappoint no matter what you get.
