Tim Hortons

We arrived at the place at approximately 5:15 p.m. on Saturday June 15, we are immigrants like the lady who served us, we still have a hard time speaking English and when we placed the order she did not understand us and gave us a bad look and was very dismissive With us, when they gave us the order they did so by throwing it on the counter. The lady did not have a name badge. Very bad experience and she gave us a very bad time. Tim Hortons is amazing but the situation was very derogatory and ugly.

Clean location & friendly staff nn-----------nnUpdate: the new staff is AWFUL and we have permanently switched locations because of this. They're ONLY Indians and they don't speak English while at work, highly disrespectful to speak other than national languages while at work!!! English or French only! btw I'm also an immigrant but it would never cross my mind to speak my national tongue in front of customers, because it's RUDE!nnThey ALWAYS mess up the order, never answer the phone, they DONT fix the problem or refund your money and they're extremely rude.nnDisgusted by the whole location and you went from 5 to 1 stars with me.nnI just ordered $50 worth of food and several items came wrong, like this one, an $11 sandwich which was supposed to be ONLY butter, turkey and cheese, nothing else.nnInstead I received ham, NOT turkey, no butter, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomatoes AND extremely dry cheese slices.nnI tried calling them and after 35 minutes they finally answered. No help was offered unless I spent more money on going all the way back to get a new one..... no thx!!nnDisgusted

Enjoy going almost every morning before heading off to work, to grab my coffee. Always have a great greeting from the staff. Also see a few eldery people go there to meet to have a social hang-out, and they all seem super happy when they are there talking.

I was at this location at 4:30 pm today friday May 17,2024, I ordered Everything Bagel, i asked the Girl who was working there not to touch anything else meat just change the gloves and make my bagel pure Vegetarian but she change the gloves then she cleaned the whole shelf with her hands gloves on. Then i asked her there could be meat spots so please make me new bagel and that punjabi girl talk to me in punjabi and said that i can’t make you new bagel you can have your money back.nAll by sudden a punjabi turban Guy Harmancame and i told him everything then he made me a new clean pure vegetarian bagel.nI request you to ask that girl if she doesn’t like to work then she can stay home but she have no right to talk to customer like that. Her behavior and attitude was very rude

Poor service, staff was busy in chatting. I placed an mobile order, waited for 10 minutes to receive it. But when I approached them they said we don’t have the product available. So they didn’t inform me for 10 minutes. After that they placed one product at one place and second at another corner. I would not like to visit again for sure
