Tim Hortons

Normally great, but just ordered a wrap and they asked if I could wait 5 minutes (took much longer)for them to make a new one after I watched an employee make mine. Assuming it was being used for the drive thru, I had no problem. Seeing a staff member take it to the back for another staff member wasn't the greatest feeling however.

Quick service, had used app to pre-order and functioned/worked well. Bakery products were fresh, steeped tea was hot. Friendly, polite staff.

Cashier needs more training on customer service. U don’t push your customer away after buying from your store. I am so disappointed that they gave me 3 times steep tea and taste like water and sugar so what I did next time I buy after having tea on my hand, takes me 2 seconds to open the cup and taste the tea just to make sure it’s alright but the cashier told me that I can go and drink my tea away from the window. Wow that is very rude and insulting. Is that how u treat your regular customer. Will it kill you just to have me 2 more seconds on your window? I am rushing too going to work, but I’m giving up my time as well making sure I have the right tea on my hand because sometimes I getting what I didn’t expect to get, and this even is not right. U should make sure u serve a good product before serving it to customer. Smh

Very Fast, efficient and friendly! Best drive thru I have found at a Tim’s! Well done Staff!
