We went there the other day for lunch. Two things really stood out to me; the freshness of our food (much of it locally sourced) and the complexity of flavours that were woven together in each dish. Reasonable portions for the price. I would definitely go back again and I would highly recommend eating here.

Brunch at the Glasshouse Bistro used to be an exceptional experience. Today we again visited the restaurant for brunch. We were extremely disappointed with our meal. The bacon was the same as one received in the “run-of-the-mill” restaurants - thin, not the thick pieces previously enjoyed. The white bread was not like the choices we previously had. The potatoes, ... well, they could not be eaten by some. The “glass house” though is an exceptional facility. I hope that the quality of the brunch can, in the future, be extended to the whole experience.

Ate here on a Friday night following massages downstairs. On Fridays, you can choose from a 3-course set menu or the regular menu. I think they do themselves a disservice by the way they word their menu - it's hard to get a sense of what things really are, which is a shame because the food is quite good, making you say "Oh, THAT'S what they meant" when the food actually comes. The celery salad was absolutely to die for, and that's saying something because I'm not a huge fan of salad. There were a few temperature inconsistencies both among plates and even between different components on the same plate, and service was slow, especially given the small number of people there ... but the last point is not necessarily a knock, because we weren't in a hurry. If you want MacDonald's speed ... go to MacDonald's. So, overall, a good authentic dining experience with real food that didn't come from a package. Come on, St Albert: support your local fine dining.

Expensive cafeteria style, no refills or service of any kind. Had a good experience before it changed to cafeteria style, but now I won't be back.

They are always "out" of what I order. Not sure why they bother having it on the menu. I'll never go back, too expensive for too little choice. Also watching the waitress fish something out of the water jug with her finger on the way to the table is a bit of a turn off.
