Tim Hortons

Stopped at this Tim Hortons on the highway and was impressed by the quick service. The young girl at the counter provided excellent customer service—friendly and efficient. Overall, a pleasant experience.

The Deep River TH has been our go-to when we go camping. However, this morning I saw a fly in the donuts display and when I told 3 staff, these were their reactions:n1 “Oh?” then looked away and continued serving people.n2 “Where is it?” and tried to find the fly by peeking behind one donut tray then another, but not pulling out several trays in one go, which would’ve been most effective. She then gave up after about 10 seconds.n3 “What? Oh…” then continued serving me and that’s that.nnWhile I could understand that they probably prioritized serving customers before chasing a fly out of the display, they didn’t even assure me that they understood my concern or that they would do something about it. Very disappointed! I ended up NOT buying any food. :nnNote that this is not the first TH outlet that I’ve seen a fly in the display. TH needs to find a way to prevent flies from accessing the food.

Did a rest stop here while taking the Northlander bus from Ottawa to Sudbury. Staff was kind and very efficient, and I was served arguably the freshest farmer's wrap I've ever had. The glazed sour cream doughnut was soft and moist which was a welcome change from what I usually get at home in Quebec.

Was served by a very pleasant and energetic young man named Maks Who really made my day! Great place!!

just wanted to write a short note highlighting the wonderful staff that I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. The environment cultivated between staff and the customer has been nothing short of refreshing and enlightening. Thank you for always going above and beyond!
