Tim Hortons

Today in the morning i went there bought a french vanila and everything bagel. After come at home i open that and eat almost half then i have a long hair in that . Simran made my order. Very disappointing experience with this tim hortons.

This is the second time I wrote a review for these guys the girl on drive taking the orders does not listen she rushes you and completely screws up the or I asked for a turkey club sandwich with ranch instead of mayo and no lettuce well guess what either they are not training properly cuz I didn't get any bacon on my sandwichnnI am not coming here again rushing people through there orders and after every item a customers in drive thru orders the girl that's everything that's everything when clearly we are not done I get you need your drive thru times but don't rush the customers and listen carefully read back.

I came here for lunch with my grandmother. Everything she ordered was correct and was good. But somehow Everything i ordered was wrong i asked for a turkey club with cheddar cheese and they gave me processed cheese instead. I had ordered an iced capp and was told that they're machine wasn't working, i understand its not their fault, so I asked for a steeped tea instead and they put too much cream in it and finally I got the wrong cookie and it wasn't even fully baked. And to top it off service was slow despite having 4 people working on counter.nBut the store was clean and the staff were friendly

Don’t even respond to me Tim Hortons unless it’s a real human. I don’t have time for your ridiculous robot reply. Girl serving me at the window had disgustingly long nails. I told her “when I worked at Tim Hortons we would be written up for wearing fake nails like that” she says “they don’t care here I wear what I want”. So disgusting when that nail could easily fall off into someone’s food or drink. Absolutely disgusting. What happened to the standards of health and safety. Not only that half your staff don’t speak english

I love the Tim hortons with the older ladies they really stick it to tradition. I didn’t catch her name. I couldn’t work here too fast but they really try to take care of you especially if you are getting other services in the plaza.
