Tim Hortons

We were in the drive thru and ordered a bagel belt hash brown, coffee and tea. I have never had quicker friendlier service than we did there! When we pulled away from the window, our first thought was “did they get the order right?” They did! We are very impressed. Our local Tims could definitely learn a few things from these guys!

Got a coffee today to find a milk bag clipping in my cup as i almost swallowed it ...think i should be compensated since we are there everyday and drive out of are way just go to this specific tim hortons.as the coffee seems fresher then any other tim hortons here in town.. I do have a photo of this ..

My own server was great. But an older woman was running the next cash screamed, " WHAT CAN I GETCHA?" to each new customer in line, while looking so mad you feared she was going to throw you to the floor. The line was only 5 feet away from her and she could have just said, "hello" with a smile. The entire time I drank my coffee I heard her boom out, " WHAT CAN I GETCHA?" over and over again. Bizarre.

This has got to be one on the worst tims ever... Training needs to be more thorough I waited 15 min and 3 attempts to get my order right And had "Ange (employee) " roll her eyes at me the entire time like I was bothering her
