This review is strictly for the new pizza. Leave it for Tims to take a good thing and make it taste bad and provide no value. Just like the wedges before, this pizza is just not good. for $7.50 you get very thin dry flat bread, with cheese on parts of it and few pepperonis. Its very dry, greasy in the middle, just see the box.. and the sauce is sour. For $7.99 you can get an actual medium pepperoni pizza down the street. The service here is fast and staff is pleasant.
A medium latte is supposed to be $3.94. This location charges $4.17. Furthermore, the latte is absolutely deplorable. Watered down, no froth...just an ever so slightly stronger coffee than their drip coffee....I purchased lattes on 3 different occassions at this location. But 5 lattes on various and random occasions receiving the same deplorable quality at an increased price compared to other locations...the franchise has degraded signficantly with lack of quality, consistency and conformity. Not even sure how it is possible since all the worker needs to do is press 2 buttons for each latte it makes. It wasn't busy in the slightest on all occassions. Completely done with Tims.
Every time I come to this tims there’s always something wrong. Staff always have an attitude. Orders are usually wrong. Or the food is hard. As a person who used to work as a cook and cashier, learning how to deal with costumers is one of the top priorities. “Good morning”, “thank you”, “have a good day” are basic communication skills and overall polite. Being passed food or drinks then having the window slam in your face is crazy. Definitely not asking for too much. I blame poor management.
Tim Hortons should consider expanding their menu to include more sugar-free options. Given the prevalence of diabetes, it would be greatly appreciated if they could offer a wider variety of items beyond just an egg and coffee with sweetener.
I got a sausage, egg and cheese bagel breakfast sandwich around 620-630 this morning. Was going to eat in the car but it wasn’t cut in half & too big to manage, but that isn’t the issue. When I arrived to work and went to cut it in half, the egg on the sandwich had blueish grey spots all over it. I called the restaurant to report this and was told “we just made our eggs at 630”, I advised these eggs were likely from before that, based on when I was there. The person on the phone didn’t introduce themselves as the manager or supervisor, didn’t offer to get such a person and didn’t offer any compensation. They apologized but that was it.
