The food and service were fine, however there was a manager who was training or instructing a young lady and the managers demeanour was so condescending full of distain for the young lady. Her words to the young lady, “do you not listen?” “You know you are going to have to do this on your own don’t you?”, “listen to my words.” And other short snappy jabs at this young lady. Koodos to the young lady who, not only is perusing a new opportunity while learning a new language and culture, but put on a master class on how to humbly stay cool while being berated in public. Hopefully the young lady will continue to the point where she can be the one who does the training.nnIt would have been a one star review if it weren’t for the young lady. But Tim Hortons should not be getting any stars for this young lady, she deserves to keep them for herself.

Coffee is consistently sour and food is rarely cooked or heated long enough to be palatable. Coffee is also routinely filled past the fill line, so I've had coffee in my lap more times than I'd care to admit.nnIt wasn't always like this, not sure what happened.

I ask them to remake my coffee a couple times and everytime it still didn’t taste good and they keep acting like it’s ME inconveniencing them :/ I don’t get why they can’t just listen and make it properly sometimes it’s made so well by certain people and other times it’s indigestible why is it always such a gamble

I don’t know what’s happened to Tim Hortons but my experience here was just awful. We come through the drive through to make a simple order and the woman doesn’t even say hi, she just cuts off my boyfriend’s greeting and asks if he wants to buy a brownie. That’s so random?? When we ask for our soup order she couldn’t understand what we were asking for, then when she DID finally understand she responds with “No.” No as in you don’t have anymore for the day or you don’t have it at this location? Again she just replied with “No”. Will not be returning to this location again.

This review is strictly for the new pizza. Leave it for Tims to take a good thing and make it taste bad and provide no value. Just like the wedges before, this pizza is just not good. for $7.50 you get very thin dry flat bread, with cheese on parts of it and few pepperonis. Its very dry, greasy in the middle, just see the box.. and the sauce is sour. For $7.99 you can get an actual medium pepperoni pizza down the street. The service here is fast and staff is pleasant.
