Just disappointed with iced cap. As they said they cleaned up the machine and its a hour more for the location for closing time

This place has become a joke. I live locally and used to stop in and grab a coffee on the way to work. I now have decided to make coffee at work because this place can start my day so poorly.nnThe lineup can be awful but the worst part is the change in staff. The new people they hire are ridiculous. This doesn't seem to be an isolated incident. When I order a simple coffee, the new staff looks at my like I am insulting them by making them grab me a coffee. To make matters worse, they appear to wander to the coffee machine to pour the coffee. That's if they haven't asked a few times because they couldn't understand what I have said.nnTo be honest, if the owners don't care about the customer service and the quality of who they hire, why should I care about spending my money there.nnThere are so many people in Owen Sound looking for a job. Many with great outgoing personalities. Why they would choose these particular employees is insulting to me as a customer and to the many job seekers who could do a much better job. The owners should be ashamed.nnDowntown has become a joke and this Tim Hortons is just one more example.

Place would be great if the owners would keep up on things ,, day # 13 in a row no iced cap MABEY GET A 2ND MACHINE every other tims in ontario has 2 . Employees are phenomenal n polite , they try their best to serve with a smile so my stars are for them. Honestly just pick another tims theres 4 in town

While sitting there with a group of people catching up and having a great time, the owner or who I assumed to be the owner was glaring at our table and it was makig us uncomfortable… Also it is freezing in there as if there is no heat at all and it makes people especially the elderly that go there uncomfortable!!! Need to do something bout that!nnThe staff well most of them are friendly however a lot of the newer staff do not listen to what you order and always seem to make the stuff wrong… Should probably retrain them and give them more then a couple training shifts!!!
