THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE. I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT DOES SOMETHING ABOUT THIS MYSELF/MY CO-WORKERS HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO GET COFFEE IN THE AM FROM THERE (WE WORK ON STONE STREET) BUT THE IT SEEM TO BE A PROBLEM TO THE COUNTER STAFF IF YOU ASK FOR THEM TO BAG YOUR SNADWICHES,BAGEL,ETC. I HOPE SOMETHING IS DONE SOON
