Ghetto staff. Bathroom has been "undah maynance" for over several weeks. One staff got pissed because a young girl had to use the Bathroom and girl ended up urinating on herself.I wonder how do the staff use the bathroom if it's "undah maynance"....same ghetto chicks who work at McDonald's and claim the icecream machine is broken.

The staff was disorganized unfamiliar with the donuts and it didn't help that more than half of the donuts were not labeled and the other half were labeled incorrectly. I was a little concerned when my $8 bag of vanilla coffee came out to $24 and I had to point it out and the cashier had no idea how to correct it. It seemed the crew was run by a 14 year old young lady that had to constantly keep going to the bathroom and go outside and do everything but manage the crew. I'm a 43 year old man and I'm not being gender bias I just think if you're going to have a manager they should be of legal age to drink and vote.

They made my coffee perfectly, the bagel was ok, but when I went into the restroom it ruined the entire experience. Its absolutely DISGUSTING!!! There was a girl mopping the dining area, she really needed to take herself into that bathroom. They really HAVE to clean that bathroom. I can't believe the manager/owner would allow that.
