Tim Hortons

We have came here with a kid. As our kid doesn’t take all foods for food restrictions, we brought small amount of food and requested to supervisor a lady assistant manager for using the oven for 30 seconds. They didn’t permit. We said that we travelled from Lethbridge and we need help. They again refused it. It was Sunday 8 pm around . Oven was not busy , restaurant was not busy. People lost their kindness for babies also in Canada . Such a SHAME TIM HORTON

I worked for Tim at Kenora. We were taught customer service. HERE, I visited with my family and friends, Right seats were fully packed however, Left was free I requested the access but the lady on shift 8:00pm 23April, was treating like she don’t care whatever you asked for.nnApart from this order too have a mistaken service. Though I asked to change & was a pleasant response from another guy on shift. Rest easy sweet as per Tim standards.

Staff were very polite and friendly.nThe service was quick and the place was clean and organized.

Despite the busiest or off peak season, the energy radiating from these people never changed. They will always do their best to accommodate requests on your order with a smile. We're always happy and satisfied with your exceptional service and delicious food/drinks!
