Nourish Bistro Banff

Amazing experience at Nourish! Ordered the mushroom ravioli and was not disappointed. Attended with my carnivore husband (ordered a noodle dish) and he said it was the best meal he had during our whole trip! My little guy loved the atmosphere and a high chair was easily made available. Do not miss out!

Everywhere in Banff is expensive. So is Nourish. But besides being expensive the restaurant is definitely our favourite. Vegetarian fare that is easily made vegan. Service was pleasant and helpful. They can make a huge variety of sodas. Just think of it and they can probably make it. I think I had a gnocchi or pasta dish and it was superb. Everything was great. Only knock is the expense.

Nourish is my favourite restaurant in Banff and there are many great places to dine in the town. I have brought many carnivores to Nourish over the years and no one has left disappointed yet. The presentation is among the best I have seen anywhere in the world. The menu changes frequently so there is always a new dish to try each time I return. Of note, the curry poutine, Shepard’s pie, nachos, and sweet potatoes wedges rank as some of many favourite dishes.

My favourite spot in Banff. The food always exceeds my expectations. The atmosphere is something out of this world. Definitely recommend stopping in and checking it out, even if you are not vegan. Share style, great for date night or even if you just want to enjoy a few drinks in the mountains. Please bring back the Shepherd's Pie!

Amazing! The nachos were recommended by multiple people, and they held up to their promise! Also had the ravioli, which is another must for any mushroom fans. Cocktails are great, and good beer list.
