Tim Hortons

Went in to get a coffee today I was served by Krystel ordred a coffee and when asked if I wanted anything else i repeted my answer of no thanks then gave the girl a $5 Bill when then litterlally slammed my changed in my hand. When I asked to speak to a manger or supervisor to voice my opinion the other girl came over and did not take any action to my complaint

This Tim Hortons is part of a building with several other businesses, and has a shared set of bathrooms... The bathrooms have no Family restroom, and the Men's bathroom doesn't have a baby change station in it, only the Women's side does.... I was annoyed... My back gives out on occasion do to an old injury, and when it does it hurts to stand... My back wasn't feeling great, not fully out just feeling off, so I was trying not to do anything to throw it out like left anything too heavy... My husband went to change our daughter found he couldn't... So I had to... Well that did it... Lifting my daughter, shooting pain down my leg... And I was done. Had to finish changing her in agony, limp out of the bathroom and back to the car and basically just collapse.

One of the nicest Tim Hortons I've been. Very clean, friendly Staffs, the cleanest and more well made washroom (with even sinks made of granite, the Internet is also very fast. 5 Stars.

The bathroom (which is shared with other businesses) is the highlight of this place. Slow and generally unfriendly service - even for a Tim's.

Is always busy in the mornings and drive thru is really slow during rush hours. Employees are nice and welcoming
