Tim Hortons

This was our first trip to NB. The cashier was great. I don't believe English was her first language. Nonetheless, she took our order, repeated to make sure she understood us, and when she needed assistance, a gentleman came over and helped her. It was great to see teamwork from the employees.nnYou all are great! Thank you for a pleasant dining experience!

This is definitely the worst Tim's in town. They 98% of the time they mess up our order. This time had me very angry. I ordered a bagel and cream cheese for my 1 year old and there was a massive piece of plastic mixed in with the cream cheese! Thankfully I saw it before I handed him the piece. Absolutely unacceptable! Also the cups for our drinks were dirty and sticky... seems like the person who makes the drinks aren't washing thier sticky hands. Outrageous and nasty! 0 stars if I could!

Grabbed my normal coffee in the drive-thru. Staff was quick and friendly

They did not have soup, but the sandwich we ordered was good.

Can’t seem to make a good iced coffee. Very watered down. They replaced it and then asked if I wanted them to make a third because it was still terrible… from the same batch!!! They don’t seem to be able to make it right. Not enough sugar, too much sugar, watered down… such a simple order with simple ingredients that clearly the staff need to retrained on.nAlso… why are the Timmie’s in this town only taking one order at a time in the Drive Thru? Speaker to window.. 1 order.nI waited at the speaker being told “one moment, please” when there was literally no one in front of me.nManagers need to stop worrying about their bonus’ because of their drive thru times and actually serve the customers faster.
