My best Tim on the Quebec side. Most of the staff is lovely. During the rush hours their priority is the drive thru, which is the fastest I saw, but sometime it cause too long waiting when going inside.

This place has ALWAYS fresh coffee however the staff in the drive through is rude and unprofessional (especially an elderly lady and the one with the name Melanie), they give you your breakfast without napkins, never smile or wish you a good day, just unpolite.

This particular location always forgets part of my order, and they don't always give you the receipt, so if an item is missing, I have been told it was "too bad". Besides that, the service at the cash is always good, and it's fast. They need to fix the existing problem for a better experience though.
