Tim Hortons

Well, my bagel sandwich was completely overtaken by a heaping mound of mayo, the lettuce was brown and wilted, the cheese and meat were haphazardly thrown on the sandwich. Not a lot of care was taken in the construction of this sandwich, and the restaurant was almost empty when I put my order in. I’m aware that this is fast food, but come on, man. I’m indifferent if you’re indifferent. I’ll get my sandwich somewhere else from now on.

Customer service rep was very mean and nasty. I asked for a special of 2 sandwiches for $4. I said i didn't want tje sausage on it only the egg and cheese which i was willing to pay the same price for and he said he cannot do that. No leniency.

I've grown to dislike their coffee, try their coffee with the lid off and you'll notice that it tastes bitter and blandish. Besides that the service is good, usually busy through the drive thru as it's only one in that half mile of Buffalo NY. Why are you reading this review anyway? It's $2 for a coffee, go check'em out yourselves!

930 Friday morning. Out of hash browns!!? Really?? Out of yogurt too. Can't have oatmeal for a side. Not the cleanest Tim hortons I've eaten at. Staff are disintereted and unengaged. My order was correct and the food wasn't cold

Customer service it's the brightest. Was told while at the intercom in the drive thru that they do not nor ever sold chocolate glazed donuts. So I asked for chocolate glazed Timbits. SMH they had them. Then ordered 2 hot chocolates both with whip topping and 1 with extra topping. I couldn't tell the difference. They filled both up and since they couldn't fit no more still charged me for extra roping. That is $1.00 more. If it was $.25 I would of let it slide.
