Tim Hortons

Typical Tim Hortons. Rude staff that can't take 2 seconds to get your order right. Probably the worst staff for making you not welcome and a bother. I have yet to find a single Tim Hortons that has given me what I ordered or bothered to make it right. Or that even cared. Getting a breakfast sandwich that is still frozen isn't very good. Having to ask for help more than 3 times because the staff are all on their cell phones is not cool. Having a server dump your drink over (and then making you feel bad as if to blame it on you) because they had their head turned chatting with another employee about what they were doing after work is way not cool. Getting some random order because the counter person is talking with another employee about their personal business and isn't even listening to you is unacceptable. Going in after dinner for a treat and seeing empty trays of product and enduring rolling eyes because you aren't ordering fast enough is frustrating. Tim Hortons used to be great but somewhere along the line they just stopped caring.

If I could give 0 stars, I WOULD ! They try to do things so fast and always mess things up. Every time I come to this, Tim Hortons it’s always a problem! They need a new crew or something! They gave me a bad iced coffee, if taste like it’s been sitting there and they just added ice and every time my mom gets coffee from there it’s never right! They threw my donut in a big bag, nothing wrapped around it with my bagels. Terrible.

Fast in and out. I walk in because the drive through is busy. Medium dark roast and a 12 grain bagel with butter (not the stuff only one molecule from plastic)

I have enjoyed many of these coffee shops. Others are to much or unsatisfactory

Coffee is delicious and addicting I think maybe it has heroin in it or something like that
