The chocolates are delicious and wonderful, the customer service isn't as great. It's not terrible so much as it's nonexistent. I have only been to the location on the Boulevard. I know it's the busiest time of year for them and they were busy putting together gift boxes and gift sets so I'm hopeful that when I return things are different. I was alone in the store and waited almost 10 mins at the register to check out. A less honest person might not have been so patient. Those sponge candies are excellent though!

Went here once and it was a while ago. They have themed delectable's they sell among their usual. It is all really good, always been a fan of Fowlers.

Great local stuff! I always get my mom some Hazelnut chocolates on special occasions and she loves Fowler's!
