Everything was great, but the counter where they put the food for the customers was not cleaned properly.nI think after they clean it, they put the rag aside and don't wash it with detergent. We could see clear all the marks from the rag and it was a bit sticky.nThey should wash the rag and pass it a 2nd time and wash it again for the next time they clean.nAnd I'm not a picky customer, but if we see the things clean, it will be more pleasant.nI hope they fix it.

The service was rapid and friendly, the visual presentation of the food was incredible. Everything was fresh and well prepared. The environment was actually warm and toasty even when the door opened on a cold day. It is a small restaurant but they do it well.

Needs a bit of cleaning. Mobile order placed but no one noticed. Looks like some staff very busy and focused, but others must be new in training and seemed in the most part lost and disorganized. Place needs some tidying up.

I got an oat latte and as seen in the photo don't know what it's supposed to be but it's half full. Usually I like this timmies better than the one on Don quichotte, but today the service was hard and fast.. and wrong.

first and last time there. DISGUSTING environment. this place should get closed forever. I went today at 12:00 monday sept 29 there was 3 flies and 1 bee on the pastries. they didnt have most of the menu items and were rude as hell. there was this one lady yelling at everyone. i got my ONE ITEM order after waiting for minimum 20 minutes and it was wrong. when confronted about the order being wrong, the lady who made it answered rudely even though i told them nicely. she kept talking and looking at me with attitude and kept making bad comments about me in front of everyone. if you wanna be treated like an actual human being don't go to this place. oh and even after redoing my 1 item order it was still wrong. even my friend's order was. + it was dirty.
