Finally a Tim Horton that doesn’t run out of everything by noon and all desserts are fresh! Love Tim Horton chocolate chip cookies, chocolate brownie cookies, and definitely addicted to Tim Horton Tim bits and coffee! Go Tim Horton go!

Need to teach your employees how to smile and some courtesy. The guy in white hat probably named Marco is very arrogant. This was probably my 3rd time he delivered me an app order through drive through, and no more can it be just having a bad day. They missed my order which is not a big issue and it happens, but then pretended he didn’t hear me multiple times when he was few feets away from my car.nnDo better and train your employees.

Renovation was great, but if you take the drive through, expect a minimum 30 minutes wait, sometimes longer, even for something as simple as a couple do coffees and timbits. Never gone through the drive thru with it being less than 15-20 minutes at the quickest times.

This was one of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve had. The woman taking our order sounded like she absolutely hated her job—she was curt, unfriendly, and came across as annoyed the entire time.nnAfter specifically asking whether I wanted a hot or cold chai latte, I clearly said *hot*. We were handed a cold one at the window. When we pointed out the mistake, the man at the window was just as rude and dismissive. They replaced it with what was supposed to be a hot chai latte, but once we drove off, we realized it was just a regular latte—still wrong.nnTo make things worse, my wrap barely had any sauce in it—literally just a drop. Overall, the service was poor, the order was incorrect twice, and the food quality was disappointing.nnAvoid this location if you can.

Pay attention if ordering a take out. They forgot to add vanilla to my vanilla latte. Good thing I tried it before leaving. The rest of the order was good. Fast service.
