I had a bad experience with the drive thru a few weeks back, but the owner reached out to me personally a few days later. I am confident that my experience was an isolated one and that the owner takes client feedback seriously. I will continue to make this my local Tim's.

This one had no dairy alternative.   For those of us who are sensitive or allergic it is extremely frustrating and disappointing.  Not impressed.

Beware if you are buying gift cards at this location. I bought two $20 cards, one for each of my sisters (living far away) and they managed to load $20 twice on the same card. This resulted in one of my sister having no money on her card when she went out the next day. This location couldn't help me with the issue. I had to call their 1-866 number. I usually prefer the Ile Perrot location and I guess I should just stick to it. (Oh and if you go there, don't forget to ask for NAPKINS since it's always a side order there)
