Restaurant Bravo St-Lazare Pizzeria

Awful experience and do not recommend. Treated my children for breakfast, the server messed up our order, omitted items. She spoke limited English, other staff spoke English, so it’s unfortunate she didn’t try to ensure it was accurate by sending an English speaking staff to our table.nnWhen I brought my complaints about the order to their attention, the server defended herself to her coworkers who were translating.nnSausages were dried out and could barely cut them, potatoes were dry. The support staff were helping out in the restaurant with a toaster, and after touching their face, high contact areas, were touching food without a prep area to wash their hands. The bathroom hallway smelled strongly of stale urine.

Food is good, you can customize some items pizzas, pastas, salads, etc.... Pizza is really good, sauce stands out as one of the best in the area, and the pizzas are never burnt. Breakfast plates are big, eggs are sometimes over cooked. Waitresses are sometimes slow but are very nice.

Awesome atmosphere. Great food. The ribs are delicious. I order 1-2 times a week minimum. Always recommended! Thanks for the many years of service.

First a very long wait when not busy! Breast of BBQ. Chicken and fries. Bloody awful. Chicken very dry - looked as though it had been reheated in the deep fryer. BBQ sauce almost inedible. Last visit for me.

I’ve had food from this restaurant almost every time I come to Saint-Lazare, but last time was pre pandemic.nnThe atmosphere was very quiet, but it took our server 5 minutes before taking our order. The restaurant was pretty quiet since we went around 130pm.nnFood was as good as I remembered. Ordered 2 Gyros and a poutine.nnWhen we went to pay, our server stated “that’s it?!” when she saw the tip. We forgot that in Quebec, the taxes are on 2 separate lines as opposed to 1 in Ontario, so we didn’t see the additional line. She physically pointed out on the receipt the suggested amounts, so we felt even more obligated to give more since she was so aggressive. It was an accident on our part, even though our server only came to our table twice during our stay. I understand times are tough, but this type of service was unacceptable.
