Le service laisse a désirer. Je sais pas ou est le propriétaire. Je ne l'ai jamais vu. Aucun sourire. Pas de courtoisie. J'ai été reçu au service au volant de façon brusque et aucune des façons de faire des tim hortons au centre-ville n'a été d'usage. Manque de produits. Les employés s'envoient paître et il n'y a personne qui agit a titre de patron. Le café goutait le brulé. Sandwich sec avec du pain défraichi. Pourtant au centre-ville de Rouyn-Noranda, je n'ai jamais vécu ça. Tout le contraire. Vous pourrier perdre tous vos clients si vous ne faites pas attention.
