Nice front counter staff, didnt speak English but I'm in Quebec so thats fair.nDidnt know what chili was, asked another staff member that did speak English that didnt seem to want to help, turns out they dont make chili here.nAsked for an everything bagel, they gave a toasted bagel with nothing on it lolnAll 4 TVs at the front were off so you couldnt see a menu.nnIt'd be a good idea to show these employees another Timmies location so they know what theyre supposed to be like.nGood laugh, bad job. Wont come back lol

Third time in a week they completly mess up my oorder.I Paid an already increased price and can't get what I ordered time and time again. Employees have no respect and most locations same owner are filthy with employees not in uniform and some times even sandals... how far this chain has fallen. WHAT A JOKE. I will make my coffee at home now thanks. Lost a customer for good.

Horrible customer service, even though I spoke French when ordering in person at the counter, they still got my order wrong. Young man in training at the counter got no support from his coworker standing right beside him and watching him struggle to enter our order on his screen. When I told them the order was wrong, they just shrugged and said they couldn’t do anything about it. We won’t be coming here again. Save yourself some aggrevation and go eat somewhere else.

Omg, this Tim Hortons is thé worst one I ever been to, my parents live in Rouyn and every time we come we go threw we stop at this Tim’s on our way out of town, they hire rude kids, who don’t want to be there always takes 5 mins for a coffee that is never right. Tonight we waited 30 seconds without a sound at the drive thru so we drove up and the kid had the audacity to tell us not to drive up again without being told too LOL like do ur job so we don’t have to. Manager needs to put these kids in check.

The service is very slow, its always missing so much stuff, the employe doesnt look like they care much about what they do. The employe can be rude sometime to the customer. The place is not clean at all. Sometime i have to wait more then 5 minutes at the front before someone come serve me, most of the time their is noone at the front at all. I usualy go in the evening. During the day the service is a bit better. I just go there for a drink. I dont take food anymore because its always missing stuff or they just dont have it anymore.
