not the best timmies I went too, but not horrible either. It took like 2/3 minutes to the employee to enter my order in the computer and one of my iced drinks was lukewarm. but I didn't have to wait too long at the drive through so that's a good thing.

I have so many problem with this establishment. First, there was almost nothing ready in the morning. There was no donuts, no timbits or no other kind of pastry except muffins a some cookies. Second, there is no sanitation anywhere. The it looked like nobody cleaned the donut shelf. Icing everywhere. I am almost wondering if they even have anyone cleaning at the end of the night or during night time. Sanitation wise, the workers are really disgusting. The person making the food was also taking order and touching the screen without ever changing his gloves. The person making the food should not do anything else unless they change their gloves or wash their hands.nThird is how fast the service is. It took 15 minutes to get one breakfast sandwich. From working to tims in the past and other fast food, it does not take that long putting bread in the toaster then putting three items in the sandwich. Also there was litteraly nothing more then 3 other people at the front and drive truh. Clearly things need to change if this place wants to work in the long run. It was not like that when i used to live in rouyn. I really dont know what happen in 4 years but it is really sad to see the business in such a bad state.

We did a group order and a lot of food was missing

In the past few months, around the region, Tim Horton has had a drop in its efficiency... in major way. Drive through are an uncertainty so if you are in a rush, this should be avoided. Even the freshness of the pastries has declined... dont know what is happening

Some attendants seem like they’re doing you a favor, acting super indifferent to you, and the problem isn’t the language since I asked in French.
