McDonald's

Haven't been to a McDonald's in awhile. They have really improved the decor and ambiance inside. Food took a little longer than I would expect for a fast food restaurant. There were mistakes when we finally got the food but it was quickly corrected and all was forgiven.

Have now tried the curb side service here. Very cool, works well. Clean restaurant and kids enjoy the kids climbing area. Usually quick service from placing order to receipt of order inside, but often many people get ‘parked’ to await their order in the drive-thru (which is especially frustrating when you have an F350 - tight space) The placement of the exit for the drive-thru is terrible as it’s where people are exiting the restaurant and crossing the parking lot. Also where parked orders and curb side pick up exit/back up. Very congested area.

Went for the All day breakfast. Wanted the new breakfast wraps. Was told because it was after 11am they couldn't make them. I asked to speak to a manager. She came out said because the scrambled eggs for the wraps can't be cooked on the same flat top burner. What kind of crap is that? They can make the egg muffin but not the wraps. Makes 0 sense. Girl at the till was very slow and not trained properly. Barely got the order correct. When we finally got our coffee and egg mc muffins my boyfriend's coffee was only 3/4 way full. The place was packed and loud but that's no excuse for such lousey service. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth. We won't be going back.

Took my Wife out for a simple ice cream cone. Waited over 20 minutes. My number 195 was up next for most of that time and lighted in red . They simply passed over me to people who purchased larger meals after me. Very upset.
