Tim Hortons

Not really a big fan of TIMMY's.....as it is NOT a Canadian-owned company as the advertising leads us to believe, the coffee isn't that great and the doughnuts have gotten smaller.....but I gotta give credit where credit is due. Sucked in by their adverts for the BACON CHEESE MELT BREAKFAST SANDWICH and needed to give it a try. PLEASANTLY SURPRISED !!!nAlthough everything looks better on television ads this tasted really good. Fresh bacon, although only one slice on each half despite it looking full in the ads, and freshly grilled with a solid taste of cheeses, both inside and out. It tastes a lot better than it looks in my picture belownA BIT HEAVY on the price point as the sandwich and a small coffee was almost $10 but it was worth the try.

Very poor experience at this Tim Hortons. The front desk staff was rude and acted like she was doing me a favor. Also, the glass and overall cleanliness were not acceptable. Definitely needs improvement.

I had a great experience at Tim Hortons thanks to supervisor Manpreet Kaur. She provided excellent hospitality and very professional customer service. She was polite, welcoming, and made sure everything was handled properly. The food service was quick, organized, and the overall experience was really pleasant. Staff members like her make customers want to come back. Keep up the great work! Again thanks Manpreet kaur
