Tim Hortons

Last ever purchase at Tim Hortons.I went in to purchase 50 Tim bits.I asked if I could have 2 boxes.I was told a resounding "No".I said I'll pay for the extra box again "No".The reason is because of the new legislation of the min wage.Really I said..I am not asking you to give it to me I am willing to pay for the box."No" Then the head office won't let us card was played.I said I work in the service industry and try to satisfy the customer. It was also the attitude of the server..Very negative. I find this location very unclean, the tables the floors and washroom.The service time constantly slow. My personal experiences. Tim Hortons has been consistently slipping in its customer service and quality of products for a few years now. According to Mcleans they have slipped to number 4 in Canada.. Now one less customer..ME

Took a long time to make my order and when it was done they gave it to the wrong end of the counter and left it there. Once realizing i was on the other side the lady brought it over, tossed it at me and said “you’re not gonna be happy but here’s your breakfast whatever”. I’m looking at my 2 sandwiches now and it looks like they literally just threw the ingredients in there. It doesn’t even look remotely similar to a sandwich. If i wasn’t late to work because i was waiting there, i would’ve been able to complain in person.

No drive through. But a pretty good location. Sometimes they run out of stuff like certain soups or bacon but other than that no complaints. Sometimes there are people asking for change outside but they all seem harmless

This is the worst Tims in Mississauga. The coffee always tastes like burnt water and they mess up everyones orders. I literally drive out of my way to go to another Tims.

Dont like frozen food its all premake except coffe and sont like coffee
