Tim Hortons

There were items on the bottom shelf not in trays..there was an open box of milk in the fridge. Staff was friendly service was fast..April 26th @ around 4:40 pm for reference.

I have ordered 6 bagels and asked for toasted with extra butter, and this is what I got, some were not toasted at all and some over toasted from wrong side.nCalled this location and had talk with manger she apologized and asked for refund or new.nToday I went to location and asked for manager and the manager I had a talk she was not there but on site manager approved for 2 bagel refund. I declined and paid in full.nWhen I got home and 6 bagels were not fresh. What a terrible customer service and food.

The worst experience I had in this tims!! The seating area, washrooms are worse is not cleaned only 2 are working in this busy crowded area though they are managing!!nOver all experience can't be expressed!!!!

Tried Ryan's breakfast box, not a big surprise, not a mind-blowing flavors, but it was okay,

I didn’t like their delivery service in busy hour: let me explain, i ordered ice cap and some snacks with it the store was running busy so i got it delivered late now i understand that, that’s not a problem but i feel they made ice cap way earlier and maybe food took little time or maybe they made ice cap and kept it aside because store was busy what so ever so when i got my order after 1 hr and more ice cap was completely melted on top they didn’t give straws. Ice cap without ice is of no use. I hope you understand the pattern and know then you are supposed to make ice cap at the last moment. Thanks
