Tim Hortons

I go there often , almost everyday and I can say that my experience is always great. Most of the time Davina serves me and she always do a perfect job. Quick and efficient. Love it

Food is ok.nnBut you order at the drive-through and they send you to park in the DISABLED space in the front of the store.nnUnacceptable behavior

How hard is it to operate a drive-thru!! We waited for a few min at one of the drive-thru stations with no response. Thought maybe it's broken, so we backed up and went to the other station. A few min later, still no response. So approached the window and were told they were occupied! At least voice over that you will need a few minutes!!! We were then told to park and wait for our beverage, but it took forever, so we had to go into the store. They were replenishing the coffee machine!! How about sharing status so expectations are set??nIt would have been just easier to do a walk-in.

Have been using the drive through for over 2 - 3 years early morning, consistent service and food . Great work guys

Terrible service at the drive through.nnLiese there employe told me to advence to the window of the drive without taking my order. I told him many time that i wanted the bucket of 31 timbit that they had for halloween. I show him the bucket on the tim horton app and he told me that he dont do it and that not on the menu. When all the tim horton have them.nnWorst customer service ever, if i could i would give no star. The employe Liese was on his phone and dint want to work. Fire Liese, he was impolite. He act like i was an idiot when he told me that this tim horton dont serve timbit.
