Tim Hortons

Does this look like a Limonade glacée? I'm tired of order from here they never get my order right sometimes thers items that are missing or the whole order is incorrect don't waste your money

I give it a 1-star rating because I can't give it any less. I don't know if they changed the staff a few months ago or what the reason is, but this Tim's is not the same as it used to be.nI've been there several times thinking that they're going to serve me something of quality, but all I get is terrible coffee and poorly made food, and the staff's attitude is awful. I'd rather drive further but go somewhere where my money is worth it and they serve me food like at a real Tim Hortons.nI'm disappointed because I just ordered a coffee and it's just syrup that tastes like sugar.nI won't spend any more money at that branch; I'd rather go somewhere else.

I went through the drive thru and the lady taking our order gave us so much attitude. We ordered 3 cookies and only at the window after we had already payed, she told us 2 of the cookies were out of stock. She only offered us a cookie with nuts and I am allergic and told us we would have to pay extra if we wanted another type of cookie. Staff should be checking before making us pay and shouldn’t make us pay extra for their mistake. I now paid for two cookies that i cannot even eat.

It is a better business than other Fast food places. One of my problems is that they are opened 24hrs. a day, but later in the evening about the only thing you can get is coffee. Seems that the franchisees can't afford to have full menus, they lose to much money. I can understand that, but that is not what the business is about, it is about providing quality services and food 24 hrs. a day.nSince the pandemic, they also have a lot of problems keeping employees, the turnover is overwhelming. Service suffers because of that and sorry if customers want to go elsewhere. So do I.
