Tim Hortons

It is a better business than other Crest food places. One of my problems is that they are opened 24hrs. a day, but later in the evening about the only thing you can get is coffee. Seems that the franchisees can't afford to have full menus, they lose to much money. I can understand that, but that is not what the business is about, it is about providing quality services and food.nSince the pandemic, they also have a lot of problems keeping employees, the turnover is overwhelming. Service suffer because of that and sorry if bells one to go elsewhere.

I would like to bring your attention to the employees taking orders. If they cannot talk to clients with respect and profesionalism then they should not be working employees at Tim Hortons. Either you give them additional training and they follow your rules or you thank them. The lady working and taking order at 12h45pm today feb 21. Drive thru definitely needs to be more profesional on the mic when taking orders. This is the type of service that will make you loose customers.
