Tim Hortons

Dirty place. Very poorly kept. Plenty of rubbish on the floor every single time I went there. Makes you wonder the cleanliness of the back room.... There is also no trash can by the door where you put the dirty dishes when you're done. What gives? I'm not playing where's Waldo for a trash can to put the garbage in. This is a tell tale sign of bad management.

Great service. Food same as always. This particular Timmie's had smiling cordial employees, which doesn't happen often anymore.

One word: incompetence. Almost every single visit they have to mess up my order somehow. When you go back they can't even figure out what they messed even when presenting them the receipt. Maybe part of it has to do with the tiny, clustered writing on the receipt, which they should review.

assistance manager doesn't know how to lead a team. I am paying for my food, which I expect to be at least done properly and not a hard cold panini that's not edible. I don't mind to wait for another one but at least accept your mistake and hand my order back with a smile. the workers that I'm talking about are usually the young workers. they are very rude every time when I have to go back because they made a mistake. They always give you an attitude that makes you feel unwelcome or you were just one annoying customer. workers that are much older are very friendly and polite which is something young people should learn from them.
