Waited so long for my mobile order only to get my order wrong. I tried to give them the chance to make it right but they said they’re out of ice.nnAnd the person preparing the sandwiches are not wearing any gloves or washing their hands after.
The guy working there seems to have a major control issue - every experience I've had, specifically with him, was highly unpleasant. The food is mid on their best days. Do yourself a favour and drive to any another Tim's location.
The service is horrible it take 15 min to get served when there’s 4 employees behind the counter and no other clients. and the manager call an employee to serve
The tim is not so much busy but the service is very slow. I return without giving any oder because m waiting for a long time.
Always wrong order and the employees are rude! I just don’t understand when you repeat for 3 times how can they get it wrong?!!! I asked for a bagel and cream cheese and the girl gave me bagel cream cheese, onion and bacon in it!! So I went back and she gave me bagel cream cheese but my bagel was all burned!!!
