While I prefer Tim Hortons over other franchised coffee shops, they are becoming too varied in their menu choices. Stick to what you do best.

Regular here. The older staff is always friendly and efficient. Some of the younger ones, especially in the drive through, give no acknowledgement, no hi or thanks or please or have a good day. 5 stars still due to the regular day full time staff.
