Tim Hortons

It's Tim Hortons. They're the same everywhere. Don't get run over by the drive through line when you enter from the parking lot.

They had me waiting for over 15 minutes for 1 wrap they told me it was busy so I had to wait because I was really hungry long story short when my sandwich was finally ready no one cared to call me or alert me that my food was ready until I walked to the counter and found it laying there. No one even cared to apologize wich i found extremely unprofessional. I don’t know if it’s because I’m new to the area or just a person of colour but just heads up to people like me

I just have to share how much I appreciate this Tim Hortons location. It’s been over a month since I changed my job location, and even though there’s another Tim Hortons much closer to where I work now, I still choose to come back to this one — even if it takes me an extra 10 minutes to get here.nnWhy? Because the staff here are incredibly friendly and attentive. They always greet me with a smile, remember my order, and genuinely wish me a good day. It’s those small gestures that make a big difference and truly brighten my mornings.nnThe atmosphere here feels warm and welcoming — like you’re visiting friends, not just grabbing a coffee. It’s that kindness and consistency that keeps bringing me back.nnThank you to the amazing team here for the outstanding service — you really make this place special!

Just sat in the drive thru with one car ahead of me for 10 minutes! The car ahead of me was having a jolly old conversation at the window with 2 of the employees while I waited. Lisa and Scott need to get these stores back in shape, this is sad.

Went to Tim’s on frank town rd around 6.00pm ordered 2 med coffee both with 3creams 2sweetners got home and the top of coffee lids said 3creams 3sweetners we had to throw both coffees out they were to sweet for us being diabetics . Thinking about going some where else get our coffee. Thank you
