Tim Hortons

I work construction and I stop in every morning with a big order. The staff is super quick to get It done and gets my order correct every time. allways smiling really polite and kind everyone there is amazing. I enjoy coming in every time keep up the good work I appreciate everything you all do take Care.

Went to your Tim Hortons on frank town on Thursday Oct 17 at around 3:45 pm .there were kids sitting around talking and yelling you had to talk very loud to order . I think by looks of it none them had food or drinks in front of them just hanging out for no reason. I am not one to complain but it’s hard for some sit at a table when they taken up by kids just hanging around.than you.

Me and this location have a love/hate relationship! I love it some days but other days I hate it because they can never seem to get my order right! Something is always missing or never done correctly! And when this happens, it’s not busy so that is not the reason!

Early morning drive thru always appears so busy but they keep the line moving quickly! My order has always been accurate and the food is without a doubt always the most fresh out of any other Tim’s in town.

I bought a simple tea, with two milk and one sugar. Got home only to find out that there's no sugar and only cream.nI didn't ask you to build a rocket ship and fly me to the Moon. I asked you to make a simple cup of tea!!! It's sad that now I have to go back in and watch them make it to make sure that they can handle the directions that they've been given. Please stop highering children... Make a high school diploma mandatory to serve tea and coffee.
