Tim Hortons

Asked for a chicken wrap with crispy chicken. Received one with grilled chicken and two slices of cheese. Asked for a grilled cheese with bacon (+~$2). Received a grilled cheese with no bacon. Asked for a caesar salad with grilled chicken. Received a salad with crispy chicken and NO salad dressing. Those were the last three orders I made, and they screwed up all of them.

Rapid service. Nice and clean place. People are friendly.

The quality seems to differ from place to place . However they have changed up their dark roast again. It's amazing .

Worst Tim Hortons in the entire country. 1- Slow staff, mostly neutral (not friendly and not unfriendly) (I go there every morning and it is not because I don't try to like them, I am the most happy guy in the world, but they do not like their work). *It sometimes takes up to 5 minutes to give a muffin and a cold milk.* 2- Don't have all the products customers can ask for and won't put some on the future deliveries even if asked by multiple people. 3- The boss won't work on the problems.
