I suggest employees working for din-in customers shouldn’t be wearing headset. I guess its hard for them to understand what customers is conversing.I got charged for extra items which i never asked for. I didn’t criticize just for the sake of not ruining anyone’s day. For next time just review your strategies while working for busy hour.

Honestly mcdo coffe is better, faster, cheaper and less judgy I feel. Every time I go to order and I don't know the lingo I feel like they are judging. Personally I was given à gift card for my birthday and I think I might just trow it away or give it to a homeless personne.

I honestly think this is the worst Starbucks in Montreal… Their customer service is nonexistent and when you talk to the employees there, it’s like talking to a brick wall. They don’t listen and instead of helping you, they just repeat that they can’t do anything and the conversation leads to nowhere.
