Starbucks

Probably worse than a mall Starbucks stall. Ticketing system disorganized so you will get 80 percent of your order and wait for the rest while the hot stuff gets cold. Avoid this Starbucks. They need to make a FIFO system so if you order stuff it all gets through. 35 minutes wait inside while they lost 2 out of 4 of my order tickets while the drivethrough was humming. I travel a lot and this is the worst by far. Rating food based on everything being cold since order took 35 minutes. Warm food came out and waited for a non heated banana bread for 25 mins. The fact that my whole order had no tickets on them shows the problem. Also very little seating and disorganized parking lot and drivethrough. Not worth the wait at all. Next time I will drive to the one in Repentigny 15 mins away and get my order in 5 mins and save about 25 mins.

I walked into this Starbucks with no one in line and was completely ignored for 10 minutes. Not even a “we’ll be right with you” — just two employees standing around, giving attitude and messing up orders while one clearly overworked staff member tried to do everything on their own. When I finally spoke up to place my order, they got it wrong, and when I pointed it out, the guy helping me smirked like it wasn’t his problem. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was unbelievable. One person was working hard while the others seemed to be making the experience worse for everyone. This location needs serious management attention.

Great spot, great staff, fresh baked goods. Could use more tables, as sometimes it is difficult to find a spot. And, please, stay open later!! Shout out to Ricardo for the amazing service with a beautiful smile.

Went through the drive-thru today and had one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a while. The cashier, named Cloa, was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She even gave my dog a pupuccino! Her warmth truly brightened my day and reminded me of how good people can be. Thank you again, Cloa. Your energy made a difference.

Why are the drinks never taste the same everytime I go there ? Too sweet or taste nothing. For fhe price we pay it's not okay
