nnAs a regular at Tim Hortons - 601 Main St E, I just want to say how proud I am of this location and the people who make it special. It’s honestly refreshing to see so many different cultures working together — this is the Canadian spirit I’m proud to be a part of.nnLiving in our small, unique town, I’ve come to know many of the staff by name, and they consistently go above and beyond. The customer service is exceptional, and the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming.nnIf you ever have the pleasure of being served by KC, you’re in great hands — she’s amazing! I don’t think I’ve ever seen her without a smile at work. Shekinnah is another great addition to the team, bringing positive energy and the kind of friendly service you love to see from the younger generation.nnI’ve noticed a big improvement in efficiency since they've added new staff. The staff seem more upbeat, service feels smoother, and wait times have noticeably gone down — a huge win, especially during the morning rush.nnAll in all, I’m sure you don’t hear this enough, but thank you to the Tim Hortons Dundalk team for your continued dedication to serving our community. You truly make a difference every day.

We placed a mobile order, but it took over 40 minutes to get our drinks. They didn’t even start preparing the order until I followed up twice. Really disappointing experience, especially since we ordered ahead to save time.

I stopped here today, Jan. 30th, because my local store on Main Street in Hanover not only screwed up my coffee, but the cup was leaking from the bottom. Stopped at the Dundalk store to BUY a replacement, wasn't looking for a freebie at all it wasn't their fault but I asked if they could dispose of the leaking one - the lady apologized and said policy didn't allow them to. I fully understand and appreciate that, what she did do though, was comp me the replacement coffee without any prompt from me ... THANK YOU for making the chain, and your store, look good.

It’s really frustrating when I order something at the speaker steeped tea and then I get to the window and they tell me it’s going to be a 5 minute wait while they brew more because they don’t have any… AFTER I already paid. I’m now running late for work because someone couldn’t communicate that to me at the speaker, I would’ve ordered another drink. This has happened multiple times at this location. Not happy.

The Tim Hortons in Dundalk is absolutely fantastic! Every visit here feels like a treat. The employees are some of the friendliest and most hardworking people you’ll meet — always welcoming with a smile and quick to make sure your order is just right. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in what they do.nThe food and coffee are always fresh, delicious, and consistent. Whether it’s a classic double-double, a perfectly toasted bagel, or a breakfast sandwich made just right, everything tastes amazing. The service is fast, the atmosphere is cozy, and it’s the perfect spot to start your morning or grab a pick-me-up during the day.nHuge thanks to the Dundalk Tim Hortons team for making every visit such a great experience.
