I honestly do not understand how this restaurant can ever get anything correct.nnI used to get Tim’s quite a bit but stopped because something was always messed up or missing. It’s been almost a year since i bought anything from this establishment.nnMy coffee maker broke today and i just wanted some coffee. Why not some donuts and breakfast as well.nnI got my coffee and donuts. Not my hashbrowns or my breakfast sandwich. $12.50 robbed from me.nnI am so over this place. The food and drinks aren’t even good anymore either. Ice caps have way too much cream. Coffee is so hit or miss in quality. The food always has something wrong and missing. Your order is always wrong and requires you to waste even more time to get what you paid for.nnThis is supposed to be “fast food” yet all they do is make mistakes and cost you; your time.nnI also shouldn’t be receiving attitude and rude unprofessional behaviour from the cashier and management when it’s their mistake.nnThis just further solidifies why I don’t ever come here or order anything from here. It’s insulting and a joke.nnPathetic!
20 minutes wait in drive through and apparently we can't count to 50. We can only count to 28. Tried calling but number will not dial. Horrible business
Absolutely abysmal experience at Tim Hortons – they’ve completely given up.nnTried to dine in today and waited 15 minutes for two bagels. The place wasn’t even busy inside, but there was a constant stream of cars flowing through the drive-thru. Clearly Tim Hortons has decided that dine-in customers are not a priority. They’d rather have 10+ people standing around inside waiting while they focus on the drive-thru.nnThe service is consistently terrible no matter what time you go. Slow, disorganized, and completely indifferent.nnAbout the drive-thru, I’ve completely given up on it. I have to repeat my order multiple times, and even after they confirm it back to me, it’s still wrong. 100% of the time. Every single order. At this point I’m convinced the speaker system needs to be replaced. The food itself is just as inconsistent. I can order the same thing three days in a row and get three completely different versions. Is it that hard to calibrate the ingredient dispensers or train people to make things the same way twice?nnTim Hortons used to be reliable Canadian comfort food. Now it’s a chaotic mess that treats dine-in customers like an afterthought and can’t even get a basic order right.nnWhy have prices gone up and the quality hit rock bottom? Save your time and money. There are better options literally anywhere else.
Ordered a brown sugar iced latte and essentially got a cup of flavored milk. I know that Tim's can be hit or miss at times with their drinks, but this is beyond anything I've ever seen. There isn't even a hint of coffee in this drinknnNot only that, but the service was ridiculously slow and it took nearly 10 minutes for me to get a drink that wasn't even made correctlynnEasily the worst experience I've had from a Tim Hortons
This store is quite full on a Sunday when we visited so the queue was long and took a long while before getting our order. Aside this challenge, everything seems cool. The staffs are friendly and courteous despite the pressure on them.nnIf other days are not as busy as Sunday, then they may be better than visiting on a Sunday.
