Ordered a brown sugar iced latte and essentially got a cup of flavored milk. I know that Tim's can be hit or miss at times with their drinks, but this is beyond anything I've ever seen. There isn't even a hint of coffee in this drinknnNot only that, but the service was ridiculously slow and it took nearly 10 minutes for me to get a drink that wasn't even made correctlynnEasily the worst experience I've had from a Tim Hortons
I don’t like posting these dots of things but this is like the seventh time this Tim Hortons has done this to my ubereats order. They give me the wrong donut and then it arrives at the bottom of the bag with donut smooshed and the icing stuck to the bag. I am honestly so sick of this.
Ordered a decaf with one cream and one sweetener and don’t know what I got! As a person with caffeine sensitivity and diabetic I need my coffee to be correct! Waste of time and money as I can’t risk drinking whatever this is. Doesn’t taste like coffee at all.
Would like to give zero rating very poor customer service. The team supervisor, Joshua, Joseph was extremely rude and unprofessional. He kept talking in his own language instead of addressing customers properly, showed a lot of attitude, and spoke very aggressively. No respect for customers at all. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for someone in a supervisor role.
This store is quite full on a Sunday when we visited so the queue was long and took a long while before getting our order. Aside this challenge, everything seems cool. The staffs are friendly and courteous despite the pressure on them.nnIf other days are not as busy as Sunday, then they may be better than visiting on a Sunday.
