Teas and soups delicious. Welcoming staff. Clean, bright, wonderfully sunny on bright spring days. By far the best yoga studio I have ever joined.

The place to go for vegans and vegetarians. Ask for their dairy free whipped cream on your drinks! Super yummy!

A great little gluten free, vegan, raw, yoga cafe! I tried the london fog and was very impressed with it. I brought a few friends with me who have dietary limits and they were able to order goodies with ease and really enjoyed them too! (PB bites, peppermint cocoa, golden milk, ect) I have to say I am proud that Camrose has somewhere local to get these types of coffee/treats, and that I will definitely be coming back again soon!
