I ordered a breakfast wrap and there was no hashbrown inside.... literally the only reason I order THAT wrap 

Last week I ordered 4 of them for my staff and EVERY SINGLE ONE was wrong. They were all supposed to be bacon and they were all sausage... your sausage is awful.

It seems like every time I go into this Tim's there is some kind of problem. Staff are slow moving and actually offended if you point out an error. The driver thru is usually okay if the experienced gal is working.

Drove in for forty miles through an infamous Alberta blizzard...Specifically came to warm up with a bowl of chili. They did not have chili 😟 everything else was ok but not as good without chili. GET MORE CHILI!!!

Overall ok. But I wish there was more than a trickle of water when washing hands. Oh and a blow dryer that actually worked would be great
