We stood for 10 minutes waiting for even someone to look at us or even just say we will be right with you. It was like we were ghosts. Not one person even said sorry. So we left. Won’t be going back there for a long time

Worst place to order at ever. Ordered a large Caramel Iced Capp, Small Steeped Tea double double, and a Small Coffee 4 cream. Why order taking at the drive thru if you can’t understand what the other person is saying. I repeated that it was a CARAMEL ICED CAPP and not a Caramilk Iced Capp in drive thru and in the window but still they ended up giving me a Caramilk iced Capp instead of caramel iced Capp. Reached home and when sipping into the steeped tea it was coffee. This is so very disappointing.

I have been trying to use this location as “my” location as it is closest to my house. I don’t like the customer service for one. Secondly, the last 2 times I have been there I have ordered a Bacon BELT and both times I have not received egg in the sandwich. This isn’t the only mistake they have made. It is fairly common here unless you order a plain drink and a donut or muffin.

customer service was great, the cashier jermain had a very pleasant vibe to them. even though it was busy, the workers were able to get food out quickly!

Consistently miss parts of my order, on identical items things are missing. Just find another nearby Tim Hortons, we have enough in this city. Not worth the hassle.
