Tim Hortons

Great coffee and staff. Prices are very reasonable and the Tim bits are amazingly fresh. The cozy fire place makes you want to sit and stay for coffee.

Newly hired employees do not make eye contact or ever say thank you. This used to be okay but only go there now if you want to be treated RUDELY

When I go to tims they get my order right every time. When I order a ham and cheddar sandwich all I have to do is ask them to cut it in half because of a new Policy they should not cut the item unless instructed to. As for the drinks they’re amazing. And yes they may run out of baked goods such as muffins cookies etc. but that just means they have been serviced and you can’t really blame them for that if you look at the right side of the counter you’ll see that there are new baked goods being made.

Would give zero if it was an option. Slowest and worst quality Tim Hortons I've ever been too. How the franchise allows it is beyond me.
