This Lakeshore location is always busy. I’ve had a wrong or missing order twice so far, which was a bit frustrating.nnThat said, with the new renovations, the place looks great—the ambiance is lovely, and it’s a nice spot to sit and enjoy a coffee if you don’t mind the hustle.

Come here basically every day for my coffee and a donut to share with my dog sometimes! The staff are great, service is quick and the food is great! When you order food, they aren't stingy with the toppings like so many other locations are, so you actually feel like you got your money's worth. One of the many things that keeps me coming back!

Very disappointed with my recent visits to Tim Hortons. For the past 3–4 evenings, I’ve ordered iced coffee, and every time it has been either too bitter, watery, or just tastes off—definitely not fresh. Even after asking for extra sugar and cream.

We recently visited this Tim Hortons in Oakville and were very impressed. This Tim’s location is incredibly clean, both inside and out, with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were professional, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend this location for excellent service and a spotless environment. Especially when not every Tim’s is this clean and professional!

I’ve been getting my coffee from this Tim Hortons for a long time, but lately, they just don’t make it right. I’ve worked in fast food myself, so I know mistakes happen — I’m not a difficult customer.nnIn my order, I specifically asked for three sugars, one milk, and for it to be stirred well. Once again, they didn’t add any sugar. When I mentioned it, the manager kept insisting that it was made correctly, saying things like “I made it right, sir — it’s calibrated and stirred properly” while talking over me.nnI don’t enjoy wasting my time or theirs, but there’s a reason I ask for my coffee to be stirred properly — because this keeps happening. I even tasted it right in front of them, and it was completely bitter. Three sugars is not a small amount — it should be noticeable.nnThis isn’t about one bad day; it’s about consistency and accountability. I’m really disappointed and honestly done with this location.
