Tim Hortons

I placed a phone order for our meeting to pick up the next day. They called me the morning of, to ensure it was still required. I think this is perfect, because too often I have placed orders ahead of time, arrived and they didn't have the order ready. Not only did they have the order ready, but saw I was walking with a cane and offered to assist to carry it to my car. Exceptional service. Some other Tim Horton's could learn a few things about service from this location. I believe the manager's name was Ram. Well done! Very courteous and friendly.

I think the staff at this location need to spend time with Starbucks employees and learn a thing or two about customer service, instead of your staff trying to make your customers look stupid for asking a question, they should focus on giving customers quality service and products. I ordered a lemonade and was given water. If this was a one off I wouldn't have complained, but the fact that this is a constant at this location is now becoming ridiculous.

I ordered loaded veggie bowl but it was loaded for the namesake. I ordered this bowl from other Tim and they gave me good amount. I think this outlet was running short of supply that’s why they did it. They should refuse your order if they don’t have enough supply.

They should have a sign limiting Drive Through Orders. LARGE ORDERS should be done at the counter inside this store, as the Drive Through can be slow/long line up between the hours 8am-9:30am. It is usually one or two cars....holding up people, and thus cars lined up from the roadway!nOther then that, this store is very good. Great staff at the take-out window.

The drive through employees were very rude and not paying attention to orders or details at all!!!nAnd on top of that they messed up our coffee and when we told them we asked for a different kind of coffee the girl so stubbornly said this is the drink you ordered and walked away!!!nThen also the guy was so confident that this is the drink!!nI never faced any issues at any tim hortons location at all… only this location
