McDonald's

Unlike all other McDonalds in entire Canada, this location is amazingly wonderful. Excellent customer service and perfectly clean. Friendly, warm and very respectful employees. They are truly the best.

Unfriendly staff, very very slow. I have been here a number of times and not once has it been a good experience. In a line of 2 people to it took over 10 minutes to get my food. I had to pay to get dipping sauce unlike every other McDonalds iv been to. And to top it off they don't have the displays to make orders so you can avoid the unfriendly staff.

Staff make it an issue when asked for the cook to wear gloves. I don't want nasty dirty bare hands on my food!!! I stopped to get a coffee the other day and the woman who was going to be serving me was rubbing on her boobs outside of her shirt and playing with her glasses. Disgusting !

The receipt says I placed my order at 7:09 and I didn't get the food until 7:27 and to top it off they even forgot the straw in the bag. Having worked at this location before I don't understand how the workers managed to go so slow and on top of never even apologizing or acknowledging the longer than normal wait times; rather they employees spoke and joked to each other rather than prioritize their customers.
